How was the 16th Edition of the Gender Equality Festival 2021?

We have concluded another Edition of the Gender Equality Festival. This year was not without challenges regarding the pandemic, so most of our events were online. However, we are glad that this year we gathered together participants from many corners of the country both in the live broadcast discussions and in the eQuality in Relationships workshops, with Silvia Guță (In a Relationship) and the Healthy Boundaries workshop, with Andreea Pandelescu (MATCA Facilitation Center).
Here are 5 LIVE events on our Facebook page that we recommend you (re)watch:

If you didn’t manage to get to the mall between October 27-30, to this year’s exhibitions, you can browse the album Wings put away and read details about Women’s Rights in Romania.
This year too, messages were passed on in Ziarul Vertical and Biblioteca Vie, notorious activities within the Gender Equality Festival. You can see more photos in the album dedicated to the 16th Edition and you can discover this year’s books here.
How far are we from 50/50? It’s a question we continue to ask. We know how important gender equality measures are, including at the local level, because they lead to the creation of communities where everyone lives with dignity.
