Your organization knows that a safe work environment doesn’t just happen – it takes commitment and concrete solutions. To enjoy coming to work and stay healthy, employees need to feel respected, and their work needs to be meaningful and contribute to a better future.
At A.L.E.G., we support you in this process, helping you promote equal opportunities and prevent harassment, not only as legal obligations, but also as pillars of a healthy and performing organization. Integrating these principles contributes to employee retention, increased team performance and alignment with international sustainability standards (ESG).
...or if you want a combination of courses or can't find a course that suits your needs, let us know and we'll figure it out!
This course was a real eye-opener. Working in a predominantly male environment, I had normalized over time all kinds of remarks and attitudes that were, in fact, forms of harassment. The interactive discussions and concrete examples helped me clearly identify these behaviors and realize that my silence validated them. I left the course with more courage and the tools to react firmly but balanced. I recommend that any employee, regardless of position, attend.
I initially attended this course at the initiative of HR and I admit that I was skeptical. I never imagined that some “jokes between colleagues” could create a toxic climate. The course helped me understand where the line is between a friendly remark and a form of harassment. I was surprised by how well the examples were constructed and how useful it was to discuss freely, without being judged. Now I am more careful about what I say and how I react when I observe inappropriate behavior.
This workshop helped me understand the real difference between 'accepting' diversity and actively valuing it. I realized that although there was no overt discrimination in our team, many unconscious biases were influencing relationships and decisions. The group discussions were revealing, and the exercises challenged me to ask myself honest questions. I left the course with clear tools to create a safer and more empathetic workplace.
I really liked that this course does not judge, but encourages honest reflection. Many times, I felt that something was wrong in a joke or a comment between colleagues, but I did not know how to react without ruining the team dynamic. Now I have clear benchmarks and some simple but effective intervention formulas. I consider it an essential course for any organization that wants to have healthy teams.
