Many people turn a blind eye when they see uncomfortable situations like workplace harassment, either out of fear or uncertainty about how they should react. But silence and inaction only strengthen the position of the abuser, confirming that they are doing nothing out of the ordinary and that they will not be held accountable.
In this course, participants will learn that tolerating disrespect affects the entire team and organizational culture. Together, we will explore safe and effective strategies that anyone can intervene through – whether it is discreetly supporting the victim, addressing the situation directly, or reporting it to the right people. The goal is to transform every workplace into a space where respect and safety are the norms assumed by all.

Failure to attend the course does not entail the obligation of A.L.E.G. to reimburse costs or reschedule the session.
Starting from recognizing the manifestations of harassment and the theory of civic courage, the course provides practical examples and provokes constructive dialogues: from the type of humor that lifts the morale of colleagues versus jokes that demean, to what you can say to a friend who is harassing, how you can help the victim and what you can do to contribute to an organizational culture based on respect.
At the end, participants will receive free access to the “Employee Guide: How to Recognize and Respond to Workplace Harassment”.
...or if you want a combination of courses or can't find a course that suits your needs, let us know and we'll figure it out!
Participating in this course was a moment of profound awareness. I understood how much the reaction of those around me matters to the victim of abuse and how we can intervene without escalating the conflict. The course offers practical solutions and teaches us to choose the right moment and form of intervention. It's not about being a hero, but about being human.
I really liked that this course does not judge, but encourages honest reflection. Many times, I felt that something was wrong in a joke or a comment between colleagues, but I did not know how to react without ruining the team dynamic. Now I have clear benchmarks and some simple but effective intervention formulas. I consider it an essential course for any organization that wants to have healthy teams.
The course managed to combine education with personal reflection in an empathetic and constructive way. It was a safe space where we could discuss delicate moments experienced or observed in the company. I left with a better understanding of civic courage and the responsibility we each have when we choose not to be silent. You don't have to be a manager to contribute to a culture based on respect - it's enough to be present and informed.
I wish I had attended a course like this years ago. I had colleagues leave the company because they were constantly subjected to inappropriate remarks and gestures, and the rest of us didn't know how to intervene. Now I know that there are solutions and small steps that can make a big difference. What I learned here will stay with me for a long time and I hope I can pass on these values to my team.
