Healthy Boundaries and Assertiveness at Work is a training dedicated to employees who want to improve their professional relationships by setting clear boundaries and communicating assertively.
Healthy boundaries help us define what is acceptable and what is not in professional interactions, and assertive communication means expressing our point of view firmly but respectfully. For example, how do we respond when a colleague constantly asks us to help him with his tasks, although we already have our own workload? How do we react when a colleague makes inappropriate jokes?
The course provides participants with practical techniques to say “no” without fear, manage difficult situations and prevent professional burnout. Through interactive exercises and case studies, participants will learn to express their needs and rights in a balanced way, thus contributing to a healthier and more efficient work environment.

Join us and discover what boundaries are and how they help us create a healthy work environment, as well as the reasons why people struggle to communicate their needs. Together, we will find solutions on how to approach someone who violates our boundaries, but also why it is important for us, in turn, to respect other colleagues.
At the end, participants will receive free access to the “Employee Guide: How to Recognize and Respond to Workplace Harassment”.

Taking the Healthy Boundaries course was a revelation for me. In the past, I would say “yes” out of reflex, for fear of offending or being perceived as lacking empathy. Now I understand that setting boundaries doesn’t mean being harsh, but rather taking care of yourself and your relationships. The course provided me with not only theoretical clarity, but also practical tools that I applied immediately – from assertive language to identifying my own emotional triggers. I manage my stress better and feel that my work is more respected. It was one of the most valuable investments in my personal and professional development.
The course helped me understand how important it is to say 'no' without guilt. If I say NO I take care of myself and my team. Now I can express my needs clearly and respectfully, without fear of others' reactions.
I learned to handle difficult situations with colleagues and protect my time and energy. Communication makes a huge difference in professional relationships. Now I can be much more productive, far from guilt.
After this training, I feel more confident in setting boundaries and maintaining a healthy balance between my professional and personal life.
