This package helps those with employee management responsibilities navigate the emotional and professional challenges they face, both within their own teams and in their interactions with other employees. Through individual and personalized sessions, participants will learn how to recognize the signs of harassment, apply prevention and intervention strategies, and how to provide support to those affected.
They will also receive support to manage their own difficulties and stress in the face of such situations, strengthening their skills as empathetic and effective leaders. The session program is based on concrete examples, case studies and assertive communication techniques, to support the development of a safe and healthy work environment.
6 sessions with a duration of 50 minutes = 1200 lei / person
Additional sessions 250 lei / hour
For courses held physically in the counties of Sibiu, Alba-Iulia, Brașov, Cluj-Napoca and Timișoara, additional costs for transportation and fees apply.
Failure to attend the session does not entail the obligation of A.L.E.G. to reimburse the costs or reschedule the session.
This service involves a package of six 1:1 online meetings, under the guidance of a specialized psychologist, with over 10 years of experience in the field of preventing and combating gender-based harassment. The meetings are tailored to the needs and challenges of each participant. Each session will provide personalized psychological support, addressing the specific situations that human resources professionals, leaders or managers face in their teams. During the meetings, participants will learn techniques for managing harassment, but also how to apply personal resources to effectively support teams.

I entered the program overwhelmed by a bullying situation in my team and didn't know how to react without making things worse. The six sessions were more than a practical guide - they were a space where I felt supported and validated. I now have clear tools and the confidence to intervene correctly and empathetically.
For me, counseling was that safe space where I could analyze real dilemmas, without fear of being judged. The discussions were applied, with concrete examples from our reality, not theory. It helped me a lot to understand where my limits are, but also my responsibilities, as a leader.
Beyond intervention strategies and techniques, I learned how important it is to manage my own emotional reactions. I learned not to carry the weight of difficult cases on the team alone and to use my role in a more balanced way.
