A.L.E.G.’s on-line counselling
A.L.E.G. has been accredited as a social service provider since 2005 (permanent accreditation certificate no. 001319/13.06.2014), and since 2016, it has been providing the Certified Service: Counselling centre for the prevention and combating of family violence (operating permit 0000315/27.06.2016, valid for 5 years).
This online counselling platform is intended for victims of domestic and of other types of gender-based violence. Through this platform, our experts can provide information and specialized assistance, so that you can:
• clarify whether your relationship is abusive
• identify types of abuse
• understand what rights you have
• understand how to stop abuse
• understand what steps to make to get out of the difficult situation.
Moreover, to those of you who know about the existence of abusive situations, we can offer information to help you understand the effects of an abuse, how victims react most often and how to help them.

- A standard online session is 30 minutes long.
- A mandatory condition is for communication to be polite and in terms of mutual respect.
