Each of us contributes to the state budget through the annual tax due. Now we each have the freedom to choose what happens to 2% of the money we give to the state budget as taxes. Decide that 2% of the income tax be directed by the state towards a non-profit entity. If you do not write  down the name of an association on the tax forms, then the money goes to the state which shall use it as it does with the rest...

HOW to direct 2% of the income tax to A.L.E.G.?

If in 2008 your only income was your salary (from one or several employers)

Steps to take:
1. Fill in Form 230 - Request for the destination of 2% of the annual tax. You do not have to write down the allocated amount. The Financial Administration will calculate that for you. Please find enclosed Form 230.
2. Subit the filled-in Form at your Financial Administration Office. Documents may be submitted personally  or sent by post office through a registered letter; the post receipt stands as a proof that you submitted the document within the legal deadline. Dedline: May 15th 2009.

If in 2008 you got incomes from other sources (copyright, rents etc. )

Steps to take:

1. Fill-in form 200 - Special Statement on the Income made in 2008. To direct 2% of the income made to A.L.E.G., you must tick point 2 from Section III. You need not write the allocated amount, the Financial Administration will calculate it for you!

2. Submit the filled-in Form 200 at your Financial Administration Office. Documents may be submitted personally  or sent by post office through a registered letter; the post receipt stands as a proof that you submitted the document within the legal deadline. Dedline: May 15th 2009.
